MISSION STATEMENT: To provide leadership to stimulate and support commerce in our community. |
"When we joined the St. Peters Chamber we felt comfortable that our business could grow from the exposure that the chamber presented. We have been consistently happy with the brand recognition we have gotten from the exposure, as well as the direct business from the chamber networks.

| The St. Peters Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary partnership of business and professional people working together to build a healthy economy and to improve the quality of life in the St. Peters area. Simply stated, your chamber is people working together to make your community a better place for everyone to live and work. |
| Chamber of Commerce members are businesses, organizations and individuals concerned with the socio-economic climate of our community. They have joined together because they know they stand a better chance of getting things done when they speak as one voice. By combining efforts, Chamber members can exert a more powerful influence on those decisions, which affect the future of our area and businesses. |
| The Chamber is not a governmental agency, but a non-profit corporation supported and financed through the voluntary investments of its members. |
| As the Chamber works to improve our community's economy and quality of life, it keeps these broad objectives in mind: |
to help businesses prosper and grow; |
to increase job opportunities; |
to encourage an orderly expansion and development of all segments of the community; |
to contribute to the overall economic stability of the community; |
to encourage and promote the nation's private enterprise system of competitive marketing; |
to increase political awareness of local, state and national issues that may affect our business. |
| The Chamber conducts a number of activities to promote its member businesses and to make the City of St. Peters a better place to live, work and do business. Some of the more popular of the Chamber's activities include: a Community Reflections Breakfast; Annual Home, Garden and Great Outdoors Show; Annual Business Expo; "Ethical Decision Making in the Workplace" seminar for high school seniors; "Golden Apple Award" to recognize excellence in the teaching profession; "Annual Awards Banquet" to recognize individuals who have demonstrated unique leadership and support for our community; monthly membership meetings; a monthly "After Hours Business Card Exchange"; a monthly newsletter The Chamber Report; publication of the St. Peters Buyer's Guide and Membership Directory that is distributed to 16,000 households; and Candidate Forums. |
